Conference Registration

Conference registration (except for accompanying persons) includes:

  • Access to all sessions of the Scientific Program
  • Admission to one technical visit
  • Access to the Scientific and Industrial Exhibition
  • Admission to the entire Social Program (Welcome Reception, Exhibition Reception, Conference Dinner)
  • One copy of the conference publication, which includes all papers submitted to the Conference and peer-reviewed by IEEE
  • Coffee break refreshments
  • Submission of one four-page paper for the conference publication provided the abstract has been previously accepted

*Single-day registration does not include a copy of the conference publication nor the participation in social events (reception, dinner, etc). You cannot register at this rate if you have submitted an abstract. You must choose in advance which day you plan to attend the Conference during the registration process.

 

The MT-22 organizers, together with the IEEE Council on Superconductivity, will provide a limited number of travel grants and registration fee waivers for students who apply by May 1, 2011. More information is given under the “Student Support and Activities” page of the Conference website, together with the application form to fill in and return. If you are a student and have (or will) apply for a grant, please do not register until the award notifications have been made (1 June 2011), so that you can receive your fee waiver via a voucher code that will be provided at that time.
 
Local students will be able to apply for a free single-day pass. You will also be able to register using a voucher code that will be given to you.
