Orientation and size of poster boards:
- Orientation: Boards used for MT-22 allow layout in landscape mode.
- Dimensions: Useful width: 120 cm. Useful height: 80 cm (A0).
Fixation: pins will be provided and a sufficient amount will be left on each poster board. NO double-sided tape, blue tak, cellotape or other means of attachment are permitted. If any other attachment method is used other than the pins provided, then the presenting author will be liable to a charge for the damaged poster board.
Posters should be printed on a single large sheet of paper if possible, though multiple sheets are permitted if no large-format printer is available to the authors. It is not permitted to simply post the pages of your manuscript, and such presentations will be marked as non-attending by the session chairs.
You can download the MT-22 logo here.
Poster sessions:
Your poster(s) will be presented in one of the four sessions, on Monday afternoon, on Tuesday afternoon, on Wednesday morning, or on Thursday afternoon. Posters should be on display during the full session time. All posters should be removed at the end of each day to avoid loss.
One author (the poster presenter) should be present during the full session time to allow an exchange of ideas with the participants and answer questions.
The location of your poster will be given by a poster board number, which will be found in the conference program booklet.
Displays including tables, chairs, laptops and other equipment are not permitted.
Conference Language
The official language of the conference is English.
