Satellite meetings

We are pleased to offer you the possibility of organizing a meeting for you during the Conference. Rooms for satellite meetings are available during MT-22.

This service includes:

• A 100-seat or 30-seat room for your convenience;
• Specific signage to guide participants to the satellite meeting placed throughout the conference venue;
• Video projection, if needed and requested;
